Grateful Kids Yoga Class at the Karma Cave 11, 24, 2013

A day beyond any was my very 1st yoga class and I had 19 little amazing yogi s to share this journey with me. So, the first like 7 or 8 mins I thought I might literally die of anxiety, but after breathing through that, we had so much FUN This experience I will cherish forever, and I am so happy I was able to document it.
