Drum Solos scare me

Last night at the hoxton jam, I partially chocked on my solo simply because I started to think and stopped FEELING I can groove for days but when it comes to solo s I get hella nervous I m learning though, I m going to try and solo every opportunity given rather than turn it down so I can learn.
