Pickering 380 A Cartridge

1959. The Collector s Series was comprised of 2 models of the Stanton Stereo Fluxvalve cartridge: The 380A for transcription turntables (yellow stylus grip); and the 380C for automatic, record changers (red stylus grip). The 380 was Pickering s second generation of stereo cartridges and was advertised as the finest pickup available. The Collector s Series appears to have only lasted for one cartridge model and was discontinued in 1962. It wasn t until 1990 that the Collector s Series returned with the release of Stanton s CS100 cartridge.
