Ship hit and run: Basseterre registered vessel detained by MMEA

KOTA TINGGI: The Tanjung Sedili Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) detained a ship on Sunday after it had collided with two other ships in the waters of Tanjung Ayam, here three days earlier.
