We also loved the Disturbed version when we first heard it a few years ago. However, we based our complex and challenging arrangement on the original song that Paul Simon wrote in the 60s. Our biggest challenge was creating variety in the verses so that the listener could hear the lyrics, even though this is an instrumental harp duet version. We also wanted to create the build in the music that makes the song so emotional.
