This is Week 1 of the IN SEASON WORKOUT PROGRAM. This is a 12 week program. Each Sunday for ALL 12 weeks a video will be posted for your Weekly workouts. Work hard and get better VISIT and JOIN for the full program. The Program begins 11, 3, 2014 and that is when the Program will be officially LIVE.
