Foot and Ankle Stability Exercises for Balancing on One Foot
This video includes some simple foot exercises that help teach you how to stabilize your foot and ankle in preparation for balancing on one foot. Rather than trying to balance straight away, the next exercise teaches you how to move smoothly from both feet to standing on one foot.
