Philippe Jaroussky in Moscow, ( encore ). Aria of Morasto from La fida ninfa by A. Vivaldi RV714, Atto Secondo. Libretto by Scipione Maffei. Premiered during carnival of 1732 on 6. January in Verona, at the Teatro Filarmonico. The work was composed to help celebrate the opening of the theater, which had been postponed for two years. The production of the premiere was spectacular, included ballets by Andrea Cattani as well as sumptuous sets by Francesco Bibiena. La fida
