What I wanted to say in the video but couldn t manage to articulate was that the chord progression ends with the same chords as the first two but a fourth higher i. e. the original version starts with Em to F and finishes with Am to Bb. So what I did is repeat the last chords as the beginning of the next progression, so the whole thing a fourth up.
