Coronavirus, Russia to jail persons ignoring self isolation rules for COVID 19
Moscow city authorities have threatened prison terms of up to five years for people failing to selfisolate in their homes for two weeks, after visiting countries hit hard by the coronavirus outbreak. Russia has closed most entry points along its 4, 200kilometer border with China, ordering people returning from highrisk areas to selfquarantine.
