Huge Church Organ, What An Amazing Sound

This week we visited St Bonifatius in Wiesbaden the city s largest and main Catholic Church. Its organ is also pretty special it s a hybrid organ and the church s acoustic is second to none a truly amazing sound Organist Gabriel Dessauer handed us the keys to the organ and the church and let us get on with it Finally I was able to show you how a mechanical action works and then, when we were crawling around inside the organ, we found something rather interesting up at the top of the organ At the end I demonstrate the organ with all its features in an improvisation.
