Dashcam is the nostalgic side project of Milwaukeearea musician and producer Donny Jankowski (Donny and the Robot). Taking cues from synthwave, indie electronic idols like Com Truise and MN84, the Dashcam sound embraces the limitations of 1980s synthheavy pop and pushes it forward into crisp, new territory. No longer content as a solo, controlfreak producer, this project is an effort to expand into the sonic pallets of both local and international artists through an ebbandflow collaboration process.
